Managing Subscriptions & Billing

WMSBIZ offers simple, transparent subscription plans designed to scale with your logistics volume. You can manage all aspects of your subscription directly from your settings dashboard.

Plans & Free Trial

Every new company account on WMSBIZ starts with a 14-day free trial on our Pro Plan.

  • During the trial period, you have full access to all features (including 2D maps, mobile camera scanning, and e-commerce sync).
  • If your trial expires without a payment method on file, your account is automatically restricted until a plan is selected.

Standard Tiers

  1. Starter Plan (£49/month or £40/month billed annually)

    • Up to 3 user seats
    • 1 physical warehouse location
    • Coordinate bin coordinate management
    • Essential picking checksheets
    • Maximum 100 products/SKUs and 100 orders per month
  2. Pro Plan (£129/month or £107/month billed annually)

    • Unlimited user seats and warehouses
    • Interactive 2D live warehouse mapping
    • Mobile camera scanning and guided pick routing highlights
    • Shopify, WooCommerce, and shipping courier integrations
    • Expiry/batch lot tracking and wholesale pricing matrices

Upgrading & Downgrading

To update your subscription plan:

  1. Log in to the application as a Super Admin or Admin.
  2. Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the Subscription & Billing tab.
  4. Select the desired billing cycle (Monthly or Annual billing).
  5. Click Upgrade to Pro or Select Starter. You will be securely redirected to Stripe Checkout to finalize the transaction.
  6. Once payment is confirmed, you are redirected back to WMSBIZ with your updated features instantly unlocked.

The Stripe Customer Portal

For self-service subscription management, WMSBIZ utilizes the secure Stripe Customer Portal.

From the Subscription & Billing tab in Settings, click Manage Subscription & Billing to securely open the portal. Here you can:

  • Update Payment Methods: Add, remove, or change your default credit or debit card.
  • View Invoices: Browse your billing history and download receipts.
  • Download PDFs: Retrieve official PDF VAT invoices for accounting.
  • Cancel Subscription: Set your subscription to cancel at the end of the current billing cycle.

Billing Anchors & Cycle Resets

Your billing cycle is tied to your Billing Anchor Day (the day of the month when your trial transitioned to a paid subscription, capped at 28 to avoid month-length edge cases).

  • Every month on your anchor day, your monthly resource usage limits (such as order fulfillment count) automatically reset.
  • If you exceed your plan's limits before the anchor day, you will be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier to prevent warehouse operatives from being blocked.
