What exactly is WMSBIZ?

WMSBIZ is a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning system specifically designed for B2B distributors and wholesalers. It unifies your inventory management, sales orders, CRM, procurement, and financial analytics into a single pane of glass.

How long is the free trial, and do I need a credit card?

We offer a fully-featured 14-day free trial. You do not need a credit card to sign up. Once your trial expires, you will be prompted to enter billing details to continue using the platform.

Can I import my existing customers and inventory?

Absolutely. Our seamless data migration tools allow you to bulk-import your existing Customer databases, Product Catalogs, and current Stock Levels directly from CSV files during your onboarding.

Which couriers do you integrate with?

WMSBIZ currently supports direct API integrations with Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, and UPS. Once your warehouse staff packs an order, the system automatically requests and prints the appropriate shipping label.

Is there a limit on how many warehouses I can add?

No! WMSBIZ supports multi-location inventory. You can create an unlimited number of physical warehouses, and within those, an unlimited hierarchy of rows, shelves, and bin locations.

Do you have a Developer API?

Yes. We provide a robust REST API secured via JWT. You can use it to programmatically sync stock levels, create sales orders from external storefronts (like Shopify), and extract financial data. Check out our API Reference in the Documentation.
